The Future of Computation

Transcript

Peter McMahon studies how physical processes can be harnessed to do extremely difficult computational tasks. He’s looking forward to the future computer that will enable the exploration of ideas that have not been possible before. The McMahon lab concentrates on superconducting circuits and quantum optical devices.
